The Creative Services Producer operates television or video cameras to record images or scenes for commercial and promotional spots and operates editing equipment to produce images or scenes for commercial and promotional spots.

Write, produce, direct, shoot, and edit content for commercials, promotions, and digital platformsOperate cameras and lighting for studio and field productionShoot video for lifestyle shows, interviews, and community event coverageOrganize and edit raw footage into polished, story-driven contentCollaborate with creative staff, sales teams, clients, and community partnersMaintain production schedules and meet all project deadlinesProficiently operate Adobe Creative SuiteSet up and manage shoots including talent, locations, and equipment needsHandle post-production, including color correction, graphics integration, and audio mixingMaintain and organize video and editing equipmentPerform other duties as assignedConfers with other personnel to discuss assignments, filming sequences, desired effects, and shot requirements

Requirements & Skills:

2+ years of professional or academic experience in video productionProficiency with professional video equipment and non-linear editing systemsStrong writing/storytelling skills and attention to visual detailStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite  Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlinesHigh school diploma with 2+ years’ experience and strong portfolioCollege degree preferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordOccasional evening, weekend, or early morning work may be requiredTravel for shoots or community events requiredFluent in English (oral and written)

Preferred:

Broadcast or agency production experienceSome level of experience shooting live television  Familiarity with TV and digital aspect ratios, codecs, and file formatsThis is a full-time, on-site position
