Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Creative Project Manager to join our Nestlé CEE Content Studio team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the workflow of projects coming from various Nestlé brands, ensuring that all content initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. They will be a contact person for our key stakeholders and will champion Nestlé approved tools used for content management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge about marketing and content creation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong background in project management. Responsibilities: + Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end project management process for content initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines. + Collaboration: Work closely with a team of designers, content creators, and stakeholders to facilitate briefs creation, gather requirements, and ensure that all creative outputs meet quality standards. + Workflow Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. + Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and feedback, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. + Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and successes. + Content Tools: Champion and coordinate implementation and maintenance of selected global tools / guidelines and secure smooth execution. + Project budgets: Summarizing project budgets and coordinating the invoicing process.
