Creative Program Manager, DBS
Amazon Devices is looking for a Creative Program Manager to join our Brand Studio team. On this role you will act as the strategic and tactical bridge between marketing stakeholders, creative teams, and production to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of creative assets that support seasonal and promotional campaigns like Prime Day, Black Friday, and other key online events.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to manage complex creative projects, communicate clearly and respectfully, and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

This person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting appropriate boundaries, solving problems and influencing others without authority.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to shift gears in response to evolving business needs.

Key job responsibilities
To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to:
Manage multiple large-scale creative projects simultaneously. Own schedules, outline key milestones, communicate status updates, and ensure on-time delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned launches, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to enable timely decisions.
Plan and execute Online Sales Events, aligning with brand and product line teams on launch dates, style guides, and creative strategy.

Effectively book and manage resources (designers, art directors, copywriters, motion designers, 3D artists, etc.), while adapting plans as priorities shift.

Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, balancing support with appropriate boundaries and expectation setting.

Communicate professionally and clearly—verbally and in writing—with global teams and senior stakeholders. Express feedback and ideas constructively and respectfully.

Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to drive team efficiency and cross-team transparency.

Audit workflows, identify pain points, and implement scalable process improvements.

Anticipate project risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.

Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Maintain focus under pressure and juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality.

Champion a culture of collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement.
