Creative Product Design Intern, Spring 2026
Job Summary: About the Role and ProgramAt Enterprise Creative Design and Delivery, a division of the Learning and Talent Solutions Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll team with the best in the business to build innovative learning and development experiences for our global businesses. Our team builds engaging learning and leadership experiences for the Enterprise including Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Experiences. We design and develop high impact presentations, engaging digital experiences, and immersive learning and development. We are looking for a unique individual with an innovative mind-set and a passion for learning, collaboration, quality, and creativity.This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 – June 2026.

What You Will DoA creative on this team could be involved in the design of a variety of learning experiences (ex: Disney Leadership Essentials, Safety Initiatives, Executive Speaker Series, Disney Aspire, Allyship, ESPN Mentor Match, micro-content) which may require the creation of materials. This would include interactive presentations, participant communications, illustrations for e-learning and much more! You’ll make a global impact with an international company motivated by your curiosity, energized by relationship building and motivated to drive continuous results that matter.As a Creative Product Design Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:Consult and collaborate with instructional designers on interpreting design needs and translating into effective visually engaging solutionsDesign, develop and maintain branding and visual language across product collateralArticulate and pitch design concepts to clients and team members to implement across worksPrepare mock-ups, concept art, and wireframes for early-stage approvalsHandle project timelines and share status updates with partners

Required Qualifications & SkillsAn electronic ONLINE PORTFOLIO is required and should be included as a URL LINK ON YOUR RESUME.Technical Skills: Experience working in both PC and Mac environments; Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint)Expertise in logo design, layout, presentation design, color, illustration, and typographyStrong communication skills and basic project management skillsUnderstanding of file formats and specifications in preparation for printing versus webAbility to sketch comps, storyboard, and other visual imagery

Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity and exposure to AI and workflowBasic understanding User Experience DesignVideo editing and motion design/graphicsFamiliarity in developing Articulate Storyline

EducationJunior or Senior preferred Major or previous coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Video Production, Motion Media or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​Be at least 18 years of age​Possess unrestricted work authorization​Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
