A Day in the LifeWe are hiring a Creative Media & Design Specialist who will champion our visual brand by developing highly creative, engaging, and immersive multichannel content for Corporate Content & Creative (C3) programs and plans.The ideal candidate will be able to adeptly learn a complex industry and customer base to produce creative content that meets strategic intent at each stage of the buying cycle.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Creative Development (60%)
Produce high‑quality, on‑brand content for print, digital, and social channels.
Design and edit materials for product launches and omnichannel campaigns.
Shape brand visuals through layout, color, typography, imagery, and motion graphics.
Deliver bold, clean creative that aligns with Medtronic brand standards.
Contribute ideas in brainstorms and project kickoffs.
Project Management (15%)
Own projects from concept through final delivery and file archiving.
Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and speed.
Stay organized, multitask effectively, and partner closely with Project Management.
Collaboration (10%)
Work with cross‑functional teams to create targeted, effective content.
Partner with Editorial to move projects quickly and efficiently.
Communicate clearly, share ideas, and support a culture of creativity and accountability.
Quality Control (15%)
Ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Follow established creative processes and asset‑management standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts
Three or more years of experience working in an advertising agency or internal creative department, or advanced fine arts degree with minimum of two years of relevant experience
Strong English proficiency (oral and written)
Must-Have Skills
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, and other design tools
Experience in basic video editing, animation, and motion graphics
Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Teams)
Strong visual communicator; demonstrates solid skills in design, layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to manage, organize, and archive design files and branded assets
Experience and ability to follow brand and style guidelines
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and adherence to workflow processes
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.
Knowledge of project management software such as Workfront, Infowit, or BaseCamp
Experience with cloud-based tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
Photoshoot experience – on-set assistance with props, equipment, and lighting; post-shoot editing and retouching
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of AR/VR
