Creative Marketing Manager

The Creative Marketing Manager’s primary role is to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns tailored to Pro customers in the property management, maintenance, and repair sectors. This role blends strategic thinking with creative leadership, driving brand engagement and customer acquisition through innovative storytelling and design.

Essential Functions:

•\tDevelop and lead strategies that resonate with Pro customers (e.g., contractors, property managers, maintenance teams)

•\tCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets

•\tEnsure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all Lowe’s Pro Supply touchpoints

•\tElevate the Lowe’s Pro Supply brand through storytelling, design innovation, and customer-centric messaging

•\tOversee the creative lifecycle from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics

•\tPartner with merchandising, sales, and digital teams to align creative efforts with product launches and promotions

•\tAnalyze campaign performance and optimize creative strategies based on data insights

•\tFoster a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven creative culture

•\tManage relationships with external creative partners and vendors

Minimum Qualifications:

•\tBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field or equivalent experience

•\t5+ years of experience in creative marketing, preferably in retail or B2B environments

•\tStrong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns and brand storytelling

•\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms

•\tExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

•\tExperience marketing to professional audiences (e.g., contractors, facilities managers)

•\tFamiliarity with retail media networks and omnichannel marketing
