**Job Summary:**
If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to work with the global Emerson Systems and Software organization, this is a stimulating opportunity for you! The Creative Marketing Designer is responsible for brainstorming ideas, conceptualizing projects, designing, and illustrating marketing elements based on company objectives, and reflective of the Emerson brand. This includes but is not limited to, print and digital collaterals, events, multimedia content such as production in video, animation, 3D modeling and rendering, and marketing campaign materials as needed.
**In this role, your responsibilities will be:**
+ Brainstorming and conceptualizing design for email campaigns, print ads, logos/icons, promotions, collateral materials (whitepapers, datasheets, QBRs or quantifiable business results, value solutions, user guides), website graphics, media kits, special projects, and various new initiatives across the brand.
+ Creating mockups based on the requirements and scope of the project
+ Developing multimedia content such as interactive websites, Animations, 3D rendering, and advertising content.
+ Ensuring the overall campaign maintains consistent elements including layout design, imagery, headline treatments, graphic elements, and typefaces.
+ Creating original illustrations for marketing purposes.
+ Assessing project needs and recommending appropriate design solutions.
+ Managing multiple projects from conceptualization through completion.
+ Ensuring all concepts and design projects are in line with brand guidelines and standards.
+ Working closely with campaign managers in translating our messaging concepts into marketing materials.
+ Collaborating with team members.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Technology or any related program.
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
+ Understanding of responsive design for all types of devices, and knowledge in print and packaging production
+ Highly skilled in graphics and interface design; has strong visual design skills, including typography composition and appropriate use of corporate colors.
+ Demonstrated experience creating high-quality digital designs for both online and print media.
+ Comfortable collaborating within small teams as well as navigating complex, global, cross-functional structures.
+ Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
+ Experience in developing engaging animations and producing realistic 3D visualizations.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Proven capability to work effectively on innovative projects utilizing technologies such as automation, machine learning, and generative AI
+ Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring and testing new and evolving technologies.
+ Familiarity with corporate branding principles and practices, or prior experience working with brand guidelines
