We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to join our team in Seoul, Korea. Reporting to the Director of Publisher Marketing, you will lead both the culturalization and development of content for our FC Online and FC Mobile titles across Asian markets, with a focus on Korea, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead a small team or capture artists to deliver in game assets to our publishers and EA teamYou will deliver processes to adapt and culturalise global content for Asian marketsYou will develop original creative content for our portfolio of titles with a priority on FC Online and FC Mobile titles in Korea, China, Thailand, and VietnamYou will ensure all creative assets made by EA or partners maintain brand consistency while connecting with local audiencesYou will collaborate with central creative teams to provide regional insights and feedbackYou will identify cultural trends and opportunities to enhance our creative experiences in target markets

Skills and Competencies

5 years of creative leadership experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital mediaCultural fluency across Asian markets, Korea, China, Thailand, and VietnamTeam leadership and mentorship capabilitiesMust be fluent in both English and KoreanProject management abilitiesCuriosity about evolving creative approaches in AsiaGaming industry knowledge is beneficial but not critical
