Job Description

CREATIVE DESIGNER

We're looking for a passionate and talented Creative Designer/Graphic Designer to join our Global Talent Attraction team.

This small but mighty team is growing. We are responsible for the Employer Brand of MDLZ and have three functions:

Create and maintain the brand.

Support our business units with quality support, service and tools and create inspiring global campaigns to raise awareness and create interest with quality candidates.

In this role, you'll help us bring our employer brand to life through compelling visuals and engaging content that attracts top talent.

You'll work closely with the Talent Attraction Campaign Manager and other team members to develop creative assets for various channels, contributing to a positive and authentic candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Visual Design:

Assist in the creation of visual assets for social media, website, presentations, and other employer branding materials.

Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Create engaging templates that our teams can easily use to produce local versions.

Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms.

Content Creation Support:

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaign concepts.

Assist in the creation of engaging video and photo content.

Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all employer branding materials.

Provide support to our business unit teams to enhance their Talent Attraction campaigns

Brand Management:

Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices in employer branding.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Additional certifications in digital design, multimedia, or animation are a plus.

Experience

2–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital design, ideally within an employer branding, marketing, or creative agency environment.

Proven ability to design engaging visuals across formats (social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, campaign assets).

Experience collaborating with marketing, branding, or talent attraction teams to deliver creative solutions.

Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

Basic knowledge of web design principles, UX, and responsive design.

Understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize visuals for different channels.

Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, HTML/CSS.

Strong eye for visual storytelling, detail, and consistency.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for employer branding and creating meaningful candidate experiences.

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
