Creative Director

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Director with deep expertise in interactive design and mobile app experiences to lead our digital brand expression across platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of our customer-facing digital products, with a primary focus on elevating the mobile app experience to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer and collaborating closely with UX Design, Content Managers, and Product teams, this leader will unify visual storytelling, usability, and innovation to deliver best-in-class experiences in the Health & Wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
-Creative Leadership
-Set the creative vision and strategy for interactive digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on mobile applications.
-Translate brand principles into engaging, user-centered mobile and web experiences.
-Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
-Collaboration & Strategy
-Partner with the UX design team to ensure seamless integration of functionality, usability, and brand aesthetics.
-Work cross-functionally with Content Managers to align voice, tone, and storytelling with visual design.
-Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure timely and successful execution of creative initiatives.
-Execution & Oversight
-Guide the creative development of UI/UX for mobile apps, interactive tools, and digital campaigns.
-Review and approve visual and interactive designs, ensuring they meet strategic goals and brand standards.
-Maintain high standards for design excellence, innovation, and consistency across all digital channels.
-Innovation & Trends
-Stay ahead of digital design trends, emerging technology, and user behavior to continuously evolve the brand experience.
-Identify opportunities for new interactive formats, personalization, and enhanced mobile engagement.
