**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Creatives Designer is responsible for designing and producing marketing materials for hotelwide promotions, including but not limited to print and online collaterals, advertisements, signage, posters and presentations that reflect the brand’s image and style in order to drive hotel revenue.
An integral part of the Marketing Communications team, they partner with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers on creative ideation, execution and the output of creatives in various formats. They are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s photo, video and collateral archives, and executing all aspects of production including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation, layout, storyboarding, designing mood boards and facilitating photo and video shoots. The ideal candidate must have a keen visual eye and strong sense of aesthetics; the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects effectively; and copywriting ability.
**Core Responsibilities**
Creatives Design
+ Designs and produces marketing material for hotelwide promotions, including but not limited to food and beverage, rooms, spa, catering, sales and special events.
+ Ensures brand and regional marketing creatives are pulled through at the property level.
+ Ensures that brand guide applications are adhered to across the hotel.
+ Coordinates with printers and suppliers for print and material specifications to ensure quality print and production.
+ Design mood boards for photo shoots and storyboards for social reels and video content. · Plans for and facilitates photo and video shoots that showcase the hotel, its products, experiences and talents.
+ Ensures that photo and video assets on the hotel website, outlet websites and social media platforms are on brand and optimised as a visual showcase.
+ Assist in copywriting and the development of hotel collaterals, ensuring that all hotel collaterals reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.
Digital and Social Media Content Creation
+ Works with the Marketing Communications team to take photo and video assets for the hotel’s owned social media platforms.
+ Assist with curating and updating image and video content on all digital platforms/screens used by the hotel and on third-party websites e.g. online travel websites.
Administrative
+ Files all digital and collateral assets and maintains the shared Marcom folder, Sharepoint folder and BOX image drive.
+ Assists with putting together hotel presentation decks were required.
+ Assists with the design and curation of corporate and media gifts for sales tradeshows, and in tandem with the annual gifting calendar.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design.
Related Work Experience: A minimum 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, luxury goods or a creative agency preferred
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
