Creative Designer **W2 ONLY** Description The Creative Services Team is an in-house creative and production team dedicated to servicing the enterprise teams. We are a lean and nimble hybrid team with expertise spanning the photo-real, digital, and virtual worlds. Our mission is to bring creativity, people, products, and processes closer together, enhancing agility and reducing costs compared to outsourcing. Roles and responsibilities: As a creative services designer, you will be responsible for creating high quality creative content that strategically aligns with and supports business enterprise goals. This role requires strong aesthetic judgment and decision-making skills. You will study creative briefs and collaborate continuously with various business teams, utilizing strong soft skills and business acumen to ensure successful creative that meets businesses key objectives. Daily tasks: - Creating pixel-perfect files for digital executions such as email, webs, social posts, print, and merchandise. - Collaborating constantly, including participating in challenging asset review sessions. - Supporting departments beyond the immediate division, including agencies. - Taking on new opportunities and projects as needed. Design for digital (email, web banners, social), print, merchandise, and apparel Create pixel-perfect files and Photoshop setups for email campaigns Perform photo retouching (especially for vehicles) Occasionally create freeform drawings for logos and line art Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies Participate in asset reviews and client feedback sessions Skills adobe creative suite, graphic design, photoshop, videography, video editing Top Skills Details adobe creative suite, graphic design, photoshop Additional Skills & Qualifications Required skills: - Strong attention to detail and consistency. - Excellent product knowledge. - Strong soft skills for effective collaboration. - Business acumen/understand and absorb diverse key objectives. - Ability to pivot to various projects outside of the primary role. - Proficiency in graphic design, photography, technical and freeform drawing. Desired skills: - Passion for learning new skills and staying ahead of technical and design trends. - Self-starter attitude with excitement for new opportunities. - Videography, video editing, and CG (computer graphics) is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
