Your Mission:Bring ideas to life through innovative, visually compelling design! As a Graphic Designer at ClearEdge, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to create impactful graphics, branding materials, and digital/print assets that align with mission goals. You’ll work in a highly creative, fast-paced environment where design supports technology-driven solutions for our government customers.You will excel in this role if you are:A creative designer who thrives on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visualsDetail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and branding skillsComfortable managing multiple projects with shifting prioritiesA strong collaborator who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teamsPassionate about using design to enhance storytelling and strengthen mission impactA day in the life consists of:Designing a wide range of deliverables, including infographics, digital media, marketing collateral, and presentationsDeveloping creative concepts that align with ClearEdge branding and customer needsCollaborating with program teams, recruiters, and leadership to deliver impactful visual productsSupporting internal and external communications through compelling designManaging multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining qualityKeeping up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the teamMust have:3–5 years of professional graphic design experienceStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design toolsStrong working knowledge of WordPress platform Ability to manage projects from concept to final execution with minimal oversightPortfolio demonstrating strong design, layout, and branding workNice to have:Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX designFamiliarity with designing for government or technical environmentsKnowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)Experience with AI toolingExperience collaborating with marketing or recruiting teamsUnderstanding of accessibility standards in designEstablished small business that values its employees and provides you with the tools to succeed in your career.
