Creative and Video Designer
Job Description We are seeking a Creative and Video Designer to join the design team of one of the world’s leading global consulting firms. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver visually compelling creative assets that support strategic initiatives across a variety of industries. The role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality video content, motion graphics, and digital designs that align with brand standards and client objectives. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with consultants and marketing teams to storyboard ideas, edit videos, design presentations, and create engaging multimedia content for campaigns, events, and thought leadership pieces. This position requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role will be on-site in Atlanta at least once per week. Skills and Requirements - Proven experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools). - Strong skills in graphic design and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines. - Experience creating digital and social media content, including short-form videos and animations. - Knowledge of storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling techniques. - Familiarity with presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides) for executive-level audiences. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Understanding of current design trends and video best practices. - Experience with audio editing and color grading is a plus. Experience with AI for design.
