The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

schedule:
• Health Insurance: Coverage begins on the first day of the month following your hire
date.
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Coverage begins 60 days after the first day of the month
following your hire date.

• Employer Contribution:
The company pays 50% of the premiums for Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for

401(k) Retirement Plan
• Eligibility:
Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement plan after 6 months of service.

Tidewater Crane and Contracting oers a competitive 401(k) plan with potential company
matching contributions to help you build a secure financial future. The company provides a
100% match on employee contributions up to 3.5% of your salary.

Paid Holidays
Tidewater Crane and Contracting observes the following federal holidays, and full-time
employees will receive paid time o for these holidays after 6 months of service:
1. New Year’s Day
2. Memorial Day
3. Independence Day
4. Labor Day
5. Thanksgiving Day
6. Christmas Day
Paid Time O (PTO)
• Eligibility: Employees are eligible for 1 week (5 business days) of paid time o after
completing 6 months of employment.
• PTO Usage: Employees can choose to take their PTO as one full week (5 business days) of
vacation or spread the days throughout the year. Requests for PTO must be made in
advance and approved by your supervisor. If a PTO request is not discussed and approved
prior to taking time o, the days will not be considered paid time o.
• Personal Days: Employees may take time o for personal reasons, but please note that
these days will be unpaid unless they are part of your accrued PTO. Make sure to
communicate any personal time o requests with your supervisor as early as possible to
ensure proper arrangements are made.
