About this RoleR.R. Cassidy is seeking a Craft Recruiter to support workforce hiring and onboarding activities across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified craft and field personnel while partnering closely with operations leadership to meet workforce demands.
The Craft Recruiter serves as a key resource throughout the hiring process, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding coordination, and employment documentation review to ensure employees are hired efficiently and in compliance with company requirements.
What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for craft, field, and operational positionsSource candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, recruiting events, and other recruiting channelsScreen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions with operational leadersBuild and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future workforce needsCoordinate onboarding activities and ensure all required employment documentation is completed accuratelyReview new hire paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirementsCoordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, and other pre-employment activitiesMaintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting records, and onboarding documentationTrack recruiting metrics and hiring activity to support workforce planning initiativesSupport job fairs, workforce development programs, and community outreach efforts What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce developmentExperience recruiting for construction, industrial, skilled trades, or field-based positions preferredStrong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and onboarding practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment What You'll GetAs a Quanta Services employee, we offer a wide range of benefits to fit your needs.
