ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead all aspects of clinical trials to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement study protocols and achieve project achievements.Monitor and report on the progress of clinical research projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all research activities.Strictly adhere to industry standards and company guidelines to achieve flawless execution of clinical studies.RequirementsProven experience in clinical research, specifically in a on-site monitoring role for minimum of 3 yearsStrong understanding of Indian regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).Outstanding organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.Ability to determine priorities and compete tasks under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the success of our research initiatives.Willing to be based in a major metro city (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad)Join usIf you are passionate about advancing science and making a positive impact, we invite you to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
