Responsibilities

Conduct and coordinate clinical monitoring activities to ensure flawless execution of research protocolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project needs and timelinesEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standardsMaintain accurate and comprehensive study documentationProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersEnhance communication among collaborators to improve research outcomesIdentify and resolve any issues that may arise during the study

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of clinical research experienceStrong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirementsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDiligent with outstanding organizational abilitiesAbility to travel as required
