Company Site Representative (Offshore Installation)
Location: Offshore Mozambique (LCV – Olympic Challenger)
Contract Type: 12 month renewable

Airswift is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading international energy company for an experienced Company Site Representative (CSR) to support offshore installation campaigns onboard a Light Construction Vessel (LCV) as part of a major LNG development project in Mozambique.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary client representative onboard the vessel during installation campaigns. Oversee contractor activities including subsea structure installation, flying leads, and LBL array calibration. Ensure all operations comply with approved procedures, HIRA documentation, and project safety standards. Lead the supervision team onboard and coordinate with international and in-country teams. Monitor progress, report milestones, and manage technical issues and change processes. Liaise with specialists across disciplines (welding, corrosion, logistics) and contribute to lessons learned.
Requirements Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with 10+ years in offshore construction and installation. Proven experience with reel-lay techniques and managing offshore contractors. Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments. Valid BOSIET, OGUK Medical, and RSES training completed. Fluent in English.
