Position Summary
The CPR Instructor is responsible for quality assurance and effectively facilitating American Red Cross Courses. The CPR Instructor is responsible for attending instructor updates and facilitating at least 10 skills sessions annually.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as a resource on American Red Cross (ARC) provider course curriculum and protocols of Life Time University (LTU), instructors and participantsConducts ARC Skills Tests while adhering to LTU and ARC guidelinesInstructor continues their development by completing updates and training with LTU and ARCContinues personal development by completing updates and training with LTU and ARCEnters passing students in The Learning Well immediately after course completionCompletes and submits proper documentation to LTU within 24 hoursCompletes and submits class roster on ARC within 24 hours after skills test
Position Requirements
First Aid, CPR, and AED adult, infant and child certificationsUpon hire, pre-learning on ARC prior to teachingUpon hire, attend web-ex training prior to Day 1 of ARC Instructor CourseOther approvals prior to teaching as applicable
PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $24.50 and pays up to $32.75, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:
