Your mission will be...

As a global IT product owner for the current Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) Salesforce RCA project, you will be IT responsible for implementing the first pilot country of the SherpaX SSS project – Sherpa X is our ongoing CEO-led Business Transformation across the entire Siemens organization and SSS corresponds to the Service, Solution and System business type. Together with the Product Manager and the agile team, you will be responsible for the further development of the smart solution. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within the Siemens IT application landscape including interfaces to our Configurator, Knowleadge Grap, ERP and other systems will play a key role in enabling end-to-end business processes.Responsibility for the IT-CPQ topics for the SherpaX 3S business type Service for DI/SIResponsibility for team backlog and their priorities as well as preparation of the user stories and participation in/contributions to the Agile Planning MeetingBe part of an effective Agile Team and its interfaces (PO, PM, SM, Architect, Solution consultants and Development Team)Budget ownership and full technical and commercial responsibility including planning and forecasting as well as bringing together system knowledge and customer needsOverall ownership and approval on all matters regarding IT service technical and commercial topics for the respective areas of responsibilityActive project related vendor management, track and trace contract compliance, managing escalations and performance on a strategic level for operations and project topicsSupport in aligning and negotiating the SLAs with customers and track and trace the service level.

We are looking for...5+ years of experience working in an international environment as product owner Expert knowledge of CPQ solutions with focus on “service-offering” Service management competencies including expectation and risk managementStrong leadership skills and strong output orientationWe are looking for a visionary driver and a strong team playerBusiness process knowledge in CPQ Service Sales processes, Fluent in English both spoken and writtenPreferred IT and business competencies:Experience with Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ or RCA – Revenue cloud Advanced)Experience in Salesforce CRM
