Job Description
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for developing tactical and strategic supply plans and establishing inventory levels for assigned production materials or finished goods. Your goal is to achieve customer service, supply chain, and financial objectives by ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply plans to achieve customer service and supply chain objectives.Establish inventory levels for production materials or finished goods.Review exception reports to address risks, shortages, and late deliveries.Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and ensure expectations are met.Work with multiple systems and technologies to manage supply chain processes.Identify, resolve, or escalate issues as they arise.Focus on exception work and risk management for specific projects, especially cups.Engage in light meetings and primarily manage communication through email and team applications.Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or supply chain preferredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (medium-advanced level)Familiarity with ERP systems for planningNice-to-have skills include Tableau, SQL, and advanced analytics capabilitiesExperience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in medium to large companiesDesire to grow and align with the team cultureWork Environment
The position operates in a diverse team of supply planners working with a variety of suppliers. The role requires a mix of independent work and collaboration, with a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite. The work environment is mostly heads down with minimal meetings, focusing on ensuring the right product is at the right location, supporting licensed stores, and balancing network and supply. Communication is managed primarily through email and team applications.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
