WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW + This position aims to enhance collaboration and integration between P&G and external clients, ultimately accelerating Sell-out/OSA results through key processes, including: + Planning: SKU/Club inventory replenishment parametrization + Replenishment: Managing deployments from DDC to Club to prevent stockouts + Forecasting: Providing volume suggestions to maximize events and optimize SKUs for an exceptional consumer shelf experience + Tracking & Visibility: Developing new reports using customer data to monitor inventory, identify sell-out opportunities, and assess out-of-stock risks, while sharing recommendations with clients. + Develops organizational capability over time within the DP organization by leading development and change for the organization. Owns the training of their organization and drives continuous improvement by identifying and realizing opportunities to improve methods and approaches. + Plays a key role in the link between local/regional organizations and the global DP community/HPN. + Plays a crucial role in validating, testing, leading/advocating, and deploying the changes, and subsequently in driving adoption of new tools and methods.
