Position Purpose:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role requires collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong financial controls. The AP Associate will also support month-end closing activities and contribute to maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.

Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTwo-year degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related disciplineExperience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or general accountingFamiliarity with General Ledger and Journal Entry processesExperience with Microsoft Great Plains or similar ERP systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and excellent 10-Key skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applicationsMinimum Education:
