Courthouse Cleaning Supervisor
**Overview** ABM is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Courthouse Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction within a courthouse environment. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit Employee Benefits | Staff & Management (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Staff\_&\_Management\_No%20Date%209.5.24.pdf) **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of 15 custodial staff, ensuring all duties are completed to standard. + Maintain consistent communication with the client and promptly address requests or concerns. + Monitor employee performance and ensure proper coverage and productivity on the floor. + Track and manage disclosure forms and other client-required documentation. + Conduct daily check-ins with the morning crew and ensure smooth shift transitions. + Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate into client complaints. **What Success Looks Like** + Within the first 90 days, reduce morning complaints by ensuring night shifts meet expectations. + Establish strong rapport with the client and internal team. + Maintain a proactive approach to floor operations and team management. **Must-Have Qualifications** + Prior supervisory experience, preferably in custodial or facilities management. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. + English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. **Work Environment** + This role is based in a courthouse setting and requires a professional demeanor and attention to detail. + Union position – candidates must meet union eligibility requirements.
