Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities: The Courtesy Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process by communicating with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties. + Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person + Welcome the client, determine the nature of their visit & escort them to the appropriate area/person. + Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations. + Back up the Service Porters. Clean and wash cars as instructed. + Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary. + Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
