Duties Description Court Analysts work under direct supervision, individually or on project teams, performing confidential analysis, research, planning, and other related duties in one or more of the following areas: budget development and court finance; personnel administration; resource allocation; and court system management and administration.The Office of Record Production ensures the accuracy, protects the integrity, and supports access to the record of court proceedings heard throughout the New York State Unified Court System. The successful candidate will assist the Statewide Coordinator with a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: responding to inquiries from vendors, court staff, and the public via phone and email; monitoring transcription vendors to ensure compliance with the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge; reviewing transcript submissions; conducting periodic audits; approving vendor services and managing the publication of approved transcription vendor lists; monitoring the court reporter archiving system; maintaining internal databases and electronic files; and providing training to vendors and staff on SharePoint, as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in SharePoint, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. BASE SALARY: $64,971 + $4,920 LOCATION PAY
Minimum Qualifications One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
