Job Summary  Support courier processes and activities to enable safe, secure, on-time and accurate transportation and delivery between locations of mail/ parcel including local mail, small packages or legal documents in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies and maintaining appropriate records.  Key Tasks  •\tSupport courier operations to deliver/collect mail and parcel •\tCollect, sort, and distribute/ securely store internal and external mail such as letters, packages, legal documents, etc. to maintain the confidentiality of correspondence and meet delivery timelines  •\tLoad and unload the truck with mail/ parcel for pick-up and delivery •\tUse a scanner to record shipping and package information for all documents/packages picked up or delivered  •\tSupport preventive maintenance of the vehicle and minor in-transit repairs in case of failures •\tProvide administrative support such as safety checks, safe loading/ securing load of vehicle, maintenance, etc. •\tKeep accurate records and maintain fuel consumption logs and other data as required •\tHandle pick-up payment transactions, including cash, cheques and arrange for settlement of accounts •\tPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and required  Skills and Qualifications  •\tHolder of a valid driver’s license,  •\tExceptional customer service skills •\tWritten and verbal communication skills •\tAbility to use work tools (scanner)*       Only persons with valid work/residency in Curacao will be considered*       We are looking for candidates who can start immediately
