YOUR TASKS:Role purpose: Handle daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customersComplete multiple deliveries and collections of shipment of a variety of weightsSort and prioritise workload (including multiple route sort) to ensure time commitments are metRevise and update ETAs in accordance to proceduresLiaise with SPC / admin team to ensure customer requirement are meetEstablish relationships with external customers to maintain the grow the business in a positive mannerMaintain agreed service levels and abide by corrective measures implemented as and when requiredEnsure adequate hand over to other staff at the change of shift to ensure continuity and maintenance of SLAsUnder tight deadlines, drives vehicle to customer sites, climbs in and out of vehicle, and walks up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages to and from customers according to established procedures, in all weather conditionsOperate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or deliveredEnsure duty collectables are succesfully collected each dayEnsure ontime & successful first time deliveryGenerate new business through sales leads
YOUR PROFILE:1 - 2 relevant experienceCompleted high schoolDriving license (minimum B2 level)
