For applicability and duration, see below. + **Number of Positions Open** **:** 1 (One) + **Posting Period:** 16-September-2025 to 30-September-2025 **Major Responsibilities:** + To provide courteous and efficient courier services and other support to Toronto Public Health (TPH)employees and partners. + Loads/unloads items from vehicle such as mail, medications, vaccines, equipment, audiovisual items, office supplies, etc. + Provides set-up of equipment such as audiovisual items for meetings, displays. + Operates and maintains vehicle such as washes, refuels, fills, and drains water tanks; and performs circle check inspection of vehicle daily, secures items on vehicle prior to transport, and coordinates maintenance. + Transports staff and mobile dental clinic vehicles. Delivers internal and external mail, boxes, equipment, and performs special courier requests to various locations throughout the City of Toronto, including: TPH offices and clinics, TPH partners, government agencies, medical facilities, office buildings, shelters, community centres, laboratories, and schools. + Purchases supplies, prepares requisitions and maintains supply room; distributes supplies and performs inventory control. + Maintains office equipment or coordinates maintenance. + Performs admin duties such as; reception, data input, photocopying/faxing, filing, sorts/delivers mail, records information on pick-ups and deliveries, fuel costs, and mileage. **Key Qualifications:** **Your application must describe your qualifications as they relate to:** 1. Experience as a driver/courier. 2. Experience in utilizing a variety of Microsoft Office software programs, e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel. 3.
