WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

A team member with minimum 2-years’ experience with application management area in a multi-national environment, preferably in Source to Pay areaA team player, eager to learn new skills and able to grasp new concepts quicklyAn action-oriented problem solver with analytical skills and proactive approachA candidate with strong communication skills and solid customer focus, not afraid of interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organization levelsAn agile person with continuous improvement mindset, open for new challenges in a fast-paced environmentA candidate able to work independently and set priorities, delivering results within agreed timeframeCoupa, SAP or other ERP systems functional knowledge or Coupa certifications would be an assetA candidate fluent in English both written and spokenA person with very good command of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)A person familiarized with Agile methodologies and tools like Service-Now and Jira

Join the unique, global team who translates the business needs into system configurations to be implemented by IT adminsWork in a diverse environment with team colleagues located in Krakow, Surabaya & Buenos AiresClosely and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Process and Product Owner, IT Team, other P2P streams) and the Coupa system providerBecome a contact point supporting Coupa users in their system related queries, resolving the requests raisedEnhance your IT knowledge by analyzing the root causes of integration issues and proposing the solutionsContribute into system governance by executing controlling reports and system access grantingSupport system development & optimization by managing new releases, assessing enhancements, and testing the system changesAnalyze and present data to support business insights & decision makingAct as SME in the satellite projects & initiatives where Coupa advisory needed
