Position: Coupa Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Until June 2026 + extensions (long-term contract)

Location: Remote, with expensed travel to client site 2x/month

Responsibilities / Tasks

Lead end-to-end implementation of Coupa projects, including instance consolidation, integration, testing, and hypercare.

Own and maintain the existing Coupa landscape ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for complex Coupa issues, driving resolution via incident management processes.

Manage and coordinate Coupa software updates, upgrades, and integrations, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.

Continuously evaluate the Coupa platform to drive improvements and enhancements.

Skillset Requirements

Mandatory (Technical):

5+ years hands-on Coupa experience, including implementation & support across core modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, SIM).

Strong functional & technical understanding of Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integration, especially SAP FI & MM, plus third-party tools (SirionOne, VIM).

Proven track record with Coupa integrations: cXML, API, Flat File.

Solid experience in IT consultancy/application management, owning enterprise-level solutions.

Strong project management and leadership skills; ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

SAP S/4HANA practical experience.

Familiarity with SAP Concur, VIM, Fieldglass.

Programming/scripting knowledge (Python, C#).

Experience with test automation tools & processes.
