We are seeking a skilled Coupa Analyst to join our team for a project focused on the build-out for Skyline. This role involves implementing a new workflow approval hierarchy and standardizing processing for vendors, categories, and invoices. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a new delegation of approval (DOA) matrix.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and design workflows for the Coupa build-out project over a two-week period.Install and implement new processes for vendor, category, and invoice standardization within two weeks.Develop and establish a new workflow approval hierarchy.Create and implement a new DOA matrix.Essential SkillsExperience in Coupa implementation and ERP systems.Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and vlookups.Additional Skills & QualificationsOver 3 years of experience working with Coupa is desirable.Work Environment

This is a remote opportunity, with the project expected to last 6-8 weeks. If you are local, there is a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. The role demands a commitment of 40 hours per week with no overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $68.00/hr.
