Main responsibilities
• Design and implement robust market access and pricing strategies that maximize patient access while tailoring plans to country-specific requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Represent the Greater Gulf Market Access team in strategic cross-functional meetings, ensuring the payers' perspective is integrated into product positioning and access strategies
• Identify key evidence gaps and oversee the adaptation of scientific evidence that substantiates drug value propositions to external stakeholders
• Map and engage with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to understand challenges and develop tailored plans to overcome access barriers
• Explore innovative contracting solutions and collaborate with internal teams to prepare business cases for new launches
• Ensure all market access activities comply with regulatory requirements and support publication strategies in collaboration with HEVA
• Monitor market evolutions including pricing, reimbursement, and health economics to develop proactive strategies
About you
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years in market access, preferably 3 years in specialty care, and experience in Gulf Countries and/or Saudi Arabia
• Skills: Proven ability to influence senior leadership, extensive payer environment knowledge, advanced health economics expertise, strong analytical and project management skills
• Education: University degree in pharmaceutical sciences required, preferably master's degree in health economics or related field
• Languages: Proficiency required for local market engagement
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly regarded
