Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Country Super User for SAP SuccessFactors to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors platform across country operations, in alignment with global standards and processes. The successful candidate will serve as the principal liaison for end users and stakeholders, offering expert-level guidance, support, and training to optimize system performance and user engagement.
Responsibilities
Ensure HR services follow the defined service model and deliver a great employee experience. Actively and proactively support the alignment of local processes with global system setups and data flow according to local law, collective agreements and policies. Act as a local expert on the SAP SuccessFactors system and related tools. Manage system issues, improvements, and updates in collaboration with stakeholders. Provide internal training and guidance to ensure correct system usage. Maintain documentation and contribute to system testing and implementation. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders about system changes and updates. Identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency. QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including maintenance and administration. Curiosity to learn and explore SuccessFactors and integration with other systems (e.g. local payroll system, HRSD ServiceNow etc.) Strong understanding of HR processes and data flow. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment while meeting local requirements. Clear understanding and knowledge about GDPR and data security.
