Identifies, develops, manages and retains revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Country Sales Manager – Spark Türkiye will be responsible for leading the commercial launch, building and managing the local team, establishing the brand presence, and driving strong and sustainable sales growth across Türkiye.
Working in close alignment with key regional and global stakeholders, the Country Sales Manager will own all aspects of Spark’s market development—from customer acquisition and education to market conversion and revenue performance.
This role requires a highly motivated, strategic, and hands-on commercial leader with a strong background in people management, a deep understanding of orthodontic markets and digital workflows, and a proven ability to scale new businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business, Leadership & Strategy
Lead the launch and assume full commercial responsibility for Spark Clear Aligners in Türkiye, aligned with regional and global strategies.Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including sales plans, pricing, market segmentation, and channel strategy.Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical support team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Monitor and deliver on key KPIs including revenue, growth, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, regulatory, finance, and operations to ensure successful market expansion and operational excellence.Sales & Market Development
Identify and build relationships with top orthodontists, clinics, DSO groups, and key market influencers to drive Spark adoption.Accelerate conversion from competitor aligner systems by showcasing Spark’s clinical advantages and workflow efficiencies.Drive both direct sales and support third-party sales channels through effective relationship management, regular field engagement, and business reviews.Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, feedback, and the competitive landscape to continually refine strategy and tactics.Education, Clinical Support & Brand Building
Champion Spark’s premium value proposition by overseeing training, onboarding, and clinical support programs for providers.Represent Spark at expert meetings, congresses, exhibitions, and scientific events.Collaborate with marketing teams on local demand generation initiatives and KOL engagement.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Dentistry, Science, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 7–10 years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in the dental or orthodontic sector.Clear aligner market experience is highly desirable.Strong track record of launching or scaling brands in a fast-growth environment.Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels.Skills & Competencies
Visionary and strategic thinker with a hands-on commercial mindset.Proven leader with strong people management skills; demonstrated ability to hire, lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L responsibility.Deep knowledge of digital dental workflows, orthodontics, and customer education approaches.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with C-level professionals, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders.Tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office.Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written).
