JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinates with internal and external customers on training needs.Assists the Marketing Manager in managing and delivering educational activities offered in the FMC AcademyCoordinates with commercial team to train external accounts and customers on the assigned product.Trains application specialists internally.Provides, as per coordination, training/education to other FMC Philippine entities.Attends and participates in organization and department-wide and mandated activities.Attends relevant trainings required for the role.Active management of training files, modules and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement including timely submission as required.Participates in competency review activities initiated by partnering department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least 2 years hemodialysis nursing experience.Teaching experience is a must. Preferred candidate should be knowledgeable in hemodialysis nursing topic, general nursing topic or general HD topic.Candidate preferred should have high learning agility and proven track record of effective knowledge transfer.
