**This role has two primary accountabil** **it** **ies;**
1. **Lead all People and Communities activities in Poland**
As the People & Communities Country Lead for Poland whichcomprisesover 2,000Cisconians. You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and fostering a positive employee experience. You will partner with business leaders, leadership boards, and ambassadors to champion the People & Communities agenda, provide strategic consulting, and drive adoption of key initiatives.
Working closely with P&C Country Consultants and the wider ecosystem, you will lead change management, boost engagement, and ensure compliance across Poland. Your influence will extend to both internal and external communities, where you will co-design and implement HR solutions, strategies, and programs tailored to local needs.
Your deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and Cisco’s people agenda will enable you to deliver impactful outcomes and support the success of our teams in Poland.
1. **People Partner to the VP EMEA CX** **Centres**
As P&C EMEA CX People Partner Leader, you will partner with the regional CX Leader and senior leadership team to evangelize the people andcommunitiesstrategy, provide strategic consulting, drive adoption, ensure a positive employee experience, and ensure scale across communities. You will also lead the team of People Partners supporting the EMEA function.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Consulting & Trusted Advisor**
1. Build andmaintainstrategic relationships and provide strategic consulting to senior leaders within the function and the communities within
1. Advocate for and provide input to the development of global People & Communities priorities based on business context, emerginginsightsand needs
1. Develop peopleplans which meet business needs whilst drawing on scaled solutions and offerings and incorporate global priorities
1. Co-create and track progress and success measures of people plans, championing adoption, linkingdependencesand driving business impact against key priorities to drive an inclusive future for all
1. Act as coach, trustedadvisorand P&C champion to leaders to help drive adoption and delivery of people plans, build capability and evangelize strategic goals
**Deep Understanding and Insights**
1. Activelyseekto capture,synthesizeand refresh both external and internal insights about the business function and their ecosystem
1. Leverage insights and data to build deep understanding of business, market, and community trends and future focused needs
1. Drive informed people decision-making by linking data and analytics
1. Understand,utilizeand represent P&C analytics and insights with community groups through business forums and success scorecards
**Transformation Enablement and Change**
1. Partner to define and drive transformativechangeto support people plans and strategic imperatives
1. Represent the community's voice to guide cross-community transformations
1. Represent Cisco P&C within communities and external ecosystem in relevant markets and for relevant topic areas
**Advocacy and Portfolio Adoption**
1. Help the business function adopt,useand implement relevant solutions across the P&C portfolio
1. Provide the “homebase” leadership support for all People & Communities team members within the extended team, leadingeventsand activities to drive one P&C team connections and culture.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco’s flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco’s Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
