1. Leadership:
Sets strategic direction for nursing and quality, aligning with corporate strategies.Functionally responsible for all regional Head Nurses and the Clinic Head Nurses as well as Regional Quality ManagersOversees all regional and clinic head nurses, ensuring the implementation of nursing care policies, setting targets, and initiating corrective actions.Fosters a motivated and high-performing team, fostering alignment with company goals, developing talents, and encouraging innovation and open-minded collaboration.Delegates tasks and support team members, ensuring successful execution of projects.2. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
Leads clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to Ministry of Health (MoH) and environmental/occupational safety standards.Conducts audits and assists in root cause analysis to address compliance risks, providing educational support to ensure facility adherence to laws and regulations.3. Quality Management System (QMS):
Implements the Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinates with local experts to align local processes with corporate directives.Conducts and coordinates internal quality audits, ensuring non-conformities are addressed and corrective actions are taken promptly.Maintains up-to-date documentation management and report system performance to local management.4. Audits & Safety Performance:
Plans and conducts audits (e.g., Basic Risk Check for new clinics), ensures proper follow-up on corrective actions, and evaluates audit effectiveness.Monitors and evaluates patient and staff safety performance (e.g., needle stick injuries, seroconversions), addressing high-risk cases through additional audits and corrective actions.5. Nursing Standards, Governance & Policies:
Harmonizes and optimizes nursing care policies and procedures with corporate standards and local regulations.Drives the continuous improvement of nursing standards, supports product development and testing, and promotes nursing research to enhance patient safety, quality, and efficiency.6. Clinical Training & Education:
Organizes clinical training programs in collaboration with the Learning Management team, ensuring they support quality patient care and align with corporate goals.Evaluates staff competency and tracks the impact of training programs on clinical performance.7. Management & Representation:
Represents nursing and quality at the country management level, providing transparency on clinical performance (e.g., operational KPIs), addressing risks, and leading clinical improvement projects with the Country Medical Director.Actively participate in Country Nursing Manager and Quality Manager Community1) Required training and education:
University degree or equivalent diploma in nursing (esp. Registered General Nurse diploma)
Training on respective QMS
Training on applicable Quality Management System Auditor Qualification Program by corporate CDI function (Nursing Expert Auditor Qualification Program is optional)
Certification in quality preferred
2) Required professional experience (in years):
5-8 years working experience in dialysis nursing position
at least 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in healthcare or similar business environment (nice to have)
