You are an enabler that coaches and guides sales leaders in order to build capability while also removing roadblocks. **How you will contribute** You will: + Actively participate by providing input in defining volume/revenue/share targets for core categories + Plan and lead sales company’s activities to achieve the agreed directions and objectives: volume, revenue, market share performance and other relevant KPIs in line with core category strategies and priorities + Identify, develop and lead the implementation of business strategy at customers in the market + Follow up on results and recommend corrective actions if needed + Continue to build the Mondelēz International community, culture, values and reputation across the market + Develop and sponsor top talent in the organization **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Appropriate seniority/experience in leadership within sales and marketing in FMCG/CPG companies + Proven experience and understanding of category development, key accounts, marketing and financials + Future focused mindset, curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and ability to translate opportunities into business strategies + Ability and agility to develop and deliver a strategic plan, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets + Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing diverse teams **More about this role** + Be responsible for developing and successfully expanding Mondelēz International’s position in your assigned territory by developing, negotiating and executing medium- and long-term business plans. + Be accountable for the financial management of his/her respective cluster of customers and/or distributors: Net Revenue, NR/kg (product/price mix), Gross-to-Net, Gross Margin + Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function. + Manage volume and value forecasting process for your respective assigned territory. Identify volume opportunities and risks. Monitor actual sales data and in-market sales. + Develop and maintain strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility. + Drive commercial excellence and implementation of Customer’s programs: Ensure execution of programs designed to enhance customer performance by improving in-store availability, visibility, merchandizing, promo execution. + Monitor the changing needs of the market and react adequately to the changes to prevent losing market share and Mondelez positions in the modern and traditional trade and AFH market + Co-operate with distribution partners. Foster and develop long-term business relationships. + Be the central point of contact for distributor partners and liaison with internal functions and departments to support market development. + Be reporting to the Channel Development Manager. **Experience and Qualification** : + Bachelor's Degree is required. + Minimum of 6 years work experience in sales and trade marketing/category management function. + Deep understanding of marketing and sales functions within a relevant FMCG environment. Confectionary experience is a big asset. + Experience in sales management across channels, including key account management and distributor/wholesale channel. + Understanding of multi-layer customer relationships within international / export sales. + Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Able to work independently. + Ability to understand and work with relevant sales and market analysis data. + Strong communication skills to develop healthy, professional relationships with customers and internal teams. + Proficiency in English and French.
