Job DescriptionYou develop and implement the German sales strategy to drive growth with fleet operators as well as truck parking and charging infrastructure providers.You build strong relationships with key partners and customers, and you manage them actively.You close deals and you ensure a smooth implementation of solutions.You utilize your creativity and freedom to identify and evaluate important market impulses and to contribute innovative ideas.You continuously observe and analyze market and competitor trends, and you derive suitable measures from them to achieve sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

Personality:

Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for digital innovations.Assertiveness, reliability, and excellent analytical skills.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.

Experience and Working Style:

Several years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in logistics, mobility, or IoT.You operate in a structured, results-oriented manner and demonstrate strong initiative.You are accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and setting priorities effectively.

Education:

A successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Languages:

Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
