Job summary
Provides strategic leadership for the country with specific focus on achieving the 5 x 5 growth plan (to double revenue each year, for five years in the MENAT region). Responsible for the overall business results and growth in line with the business plan, responsible for revenue and EBITDA for the country.
This includes the leadership, management and development of the commercial team in order to achieve set targets, working closely with cross functional teams, and building strong relationships with the Operations organization. Responsible for building the strong internal IM culture reflecting the company
values which provides an enjoyable working environment for employees. Build upon strong reputation and relationships with customers and partners within the local market. Linking pin between country organisation and our MENAT & Global organisation.
Your role in our mission:
● Definition of commercial strategy for achieve EBITDA and Revenue growth targets
● Development of a five year business plan to aggressively grow revenue, including pricing strategy
● Ownership of all customers in the cluster, excl GI (Global Industries) customers
● Responsible for creating customer experience strategy to deliver competitive advantage & sustain
profitability
● Contribute to the overall Iron Mountain cluster commercial strategy with particular focus on
customer requirements and revenue acceleration in corporate customer
● Provide leadership in establishing customer-focused culture. Implementing and managing
initiatives tools that drive to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention in efficient and
standardised approach
● Responsible for driving and influencing future service roadmaps within customer experience
● Play a senior advisory role to business leaders, evaluating product performance to help
proactively develop business opportunities
● Advocate innovations and investments to better serve needs of im customer base
● Play active role in M&A space - e.g. looking for potential companies and building
relationships with the owners in order to be able to execute the transaction
● Management of Sales Performance through leadership and management of team
(focusing on productivity, individual performance and teamwork)
● Drive significant healthy pipeline growth
● Drive pricing strategy
● Increased customer retention

Valued skills and experience:
● Prior experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a high growth technology business
● A strong network of contacts with the Saudi Arabian government and prior involvement in Public
Investment Fund projects
● Sound working knowledge of: Sales & Marketing, Business Planning & strategy development,
Service Delivery, Finance essentials, Real Estate and capital processes, Legislation, People
management
● Strong commercial focus and experience, demonstrated success and achievements in the
business growth, entrepreneurial focus in business development
● Inspirational people leader and culture builder, ability to build a inclusive culture where people feel
strong sense of belonging, collaboration and connection to company values
● Proven track record of developing strong talent, ability to connect with employees at all levels
● Ability to work in a complex matrix environment and build relationships with a wide range of
