As Country Manager, you will lead Abbott’s Neuromodulation business in Poland, driving growth and profitability while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will develop strategic objectives, translate them into actionable plans, and build a high-performing team to deliver results. This role requires strong leadership, high business acumen, market insight, and the ability to foster collaboration across divisions. **What You’ll Do** + Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and market share in line with agreed targets. + Monitor market dynamics, healthcare budgets, reimbursement legislation, and competitor activities. + Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies. + Ensure alignment of local plans with regional and global strategies. + Lead and develop the local organization, fostering a high-performance culture. + Manage P&L, control costs, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Abbott standards. + Drive consultative sales processes and support cross-divisional collaboration. + Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and business insights to regional leadership. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical/medical or business/economic field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and people management, preferably in the medical device industry. + Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver business growth. + Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken). + High integrity, professionalism, and ability to represent Abbott’s values.
