What this job involves:

The area IFM Operations Lead will have responsibility for the overall management of IFM operations for the area / countries under the scope.  The responsibility includes delivering Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services consistently and efficiently aligning with the client requirements and expectations. The role requires the individual to establish & nurture working relationship with the key stakeholders within JLL as well Amazon organizations. This is a leadership role requiring efficient management of IFM team working together to provide a professional, value-focused service aimed at constantly meeting or exceeding the client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as the single point of contact for IFM delivery assurance in the area / countries. Provide leadership to the JLL account based IFM service delivery teams in the area / countries.Overall responsibility for ensuring seamless delivery of IFM services including soft & engineering, commute and food & beverages services.Accountable for the local service delivery to meet the contractual obligations of JLL for Amazon including KPIs and performance standards.Responsible for driving implementation of various service delivery enhancement programs and initiatives from time to time.Overall responsibility of managing third party service vendor performance including conducting regular business reviews and managing reporting requirements.Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Amazon’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.Coordinating with the function leads, ensure implementation of standard operating procedures / play books for IFM service delivery to ensure consistency from time to time.Collaborating with GREF leadership team in the region / area / countries, establish delivery strategies for IFM services from time to time. Drive and implement strategies around optimization of services & cost, benchmarking and best practices for IFM service delivery in the area / country.Establish annual goals for IFM function in the area / countries aligning with the overall Amazon’s GREF global, regional and local objectives and driving teams to achieve the same.Lead and manage budget planning for IFM function from time to time and ensure that the teams are working together to manage the budgets effectively meeting the client specific requirements and targets.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven ability to function effectively as a leader.

Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations. Experience of working in and managing real estate / IFM function is desirable.Strong Analytical skills. Proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach.Good Leadership skills with ability to manage large teams.Ability to adapt and perform under pressure, ability to meet targets & objectivesAbility to collaborate strongly across multiple stakeholders. Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.Good communication & client relationship management skills.
