We are looking for an HR Specialist to provide hands-on HR operational support across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The role reports to and partners closely with the Director, HR Business Leader and serves as the local HR point of contact for employees in the Nordic region. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. + Prepare, administer, and maintain local employment documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and company requirements. + Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. + Serve as an approachable local HR point of contact, supporting a positive employee experience and effective working relationships. + Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR processes. + Support and coordinate local employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives. + Participate in cross‑country or international HR initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. **What you'll need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in an HR operations or HR Specialist role, preferably in an international environment. + Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law; knowledge of other Nordic labor laws and experience supporting other Nordic countries is a plus. + Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle and HR administration. + Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken; an additional Nordic language is a plus. + Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, people‑centric, and empathetic approach. + Ability to work in an office-based environment and build effective working relationships.
