Job Title: Country Head – Sales

Team Responsibility: Pan India
Individual Responsibility: West India (Maharashtra & Gujarat)
Role OverviewThe company is looking for a senior sales leader who can lead a national sales team, drive project-based sales, and grow business across India, with a strong focus on the West region.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Territory Heads to achieve and exceed sales targets
Train the team on sales pitches, presentations, and negotiation skills
Conduct weekly sales meetings and quarterly performance reviews
Ensure proper CRM usage and data accuracy
Provide sales forecasting and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures
Develop and execute sales strategies for short-term and long-term growth
Analyze market and sales data to identify new opportunities
Build strong relationships with key clients, architects, and design firms
Handle sales and business development for Maharashtra & Gujarat
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Coordinate closely with sales support, marketing, design, and project teams
Desired Candidate Profile10–12 years of experience in project sales / business development / key account management
At least 4 years in a leadership role
Experience in industries such as:
Turnkey construction projects
Capital goods
Commercial pools / leisure industry
Water treatment / filtration solutions
Hospitality solutions (Hotels & Resorts)
Mechanical or Civil Engineering background preferred
Strong direct sales and key account handling experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel extensively
Fluency in Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)
Self-driven with a positive attitude
