Key Areas of Accountability:
Lead all financial matters related to any and all company projects and/or initiatives. As a Business Partner, provide sound business and financial advice to Core DX Leadership. Lead the development of Plan/LBE/CMR and other forecasts for Core DX Philippines, ensuring reasonableness on an absolute, as well as performance basis.Identify and implement improvements to streamline affiliate planning and reporting processesLead the preparation of monthly and quarterly Management reports in compliance with Corporate Reporting Requirements.Lead and provide the analysis of business results Provide meaningful business insights through the use of Financial Statements, KPI Dashboards and other information sources.Continuously review and enhance Affiliate analytics, tools and models to ensure relevant and meaningful data is available.Establish and maintain adequate internal control measures, policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations that will support accelerated business growth. Identify areas for improvements -- revenue and margin enhancements, efficiencies and cost savings – and leads the related GMI projects for the Philippines.Review and approve company’s commitment of fund such as Request for Business Expense, Local Business Travel Request, Request to Purchase, Request for credit Invoice and Sales Force Incentives.Assess, monitor, review and approve customer proposalsEnsure pricing is within guardrails, has sound business rationale and is approved by authorized approvers.Review and optimize deals to increase profitability for Abbott.Lead or participate in any Project and ad hoc request from Cluster Controller and General Manager.Establish & maintain strong internal control systems to ensure all financial policies and procedures are strictly understood & complied with.Coordinate with both Internal and External auditors.Comply with Company Code of Ethics, Corporate Governance practices and ensure compliance with FCPA.Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting and/or financial management, planning, reporting and controlProfessional Accounting qualification.Fluent in financial and business communications and can effectively express self and ideas across all levels of the organization.Experience as a country finance lead is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to work within a matrixed organization & deliver outcomes for the business and all relevant partiesCompetencies required:

Minimum Qualification:
Undergraduate Accounting Degree. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
