ROLE SUMMARY
The Country Brand Manager (CBM, Internal Medicines) is accountable for brand and portfolio strategies for Eliquis and Nurtec based in Singapore. This role requires the CBM to manage the tactical plans for Eliquis and Nurtec and ensure excellent execution aligned to country, regional and global model working closely with the Marketing Lead. The CBM is accountable for the overall IM portfolio by working with access, tender and pricing, sales team etc as part of portfolio management responsibility. Further to that, the CBM collaborates effectively with various cross functional team members ie. PHEX in order to implement Eliquis and Nurtec digital and retail plans leveraging omnichannel customer engagement.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strategy
Build and update cross functional platform to ensure the deliverable
Develop and drive the brand strategies aligned with global, region and country
Initiate and lead brands’ related initiatives and drive functional accountability to meet the agreed timeline and quality of works.
Develops proper remediation plans for identified risks when applicable with strong agility
Operational and Business Performance
Forecast brand and portfolio performance and track progress towards target.
Accountable to all relevant areas relating to brands; i.e. supply forecast, pricing, KOLs development, and hospital/institution listing plan, etc
Cross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.
People and Leadership
Reports to Marketing Lead, Internal Medicines
Defines and build the right capabilities of brand manager to align with evolving business strategy

Compliance
Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably in relevant TA
Fluency in written and spoken English
Bachelor's Degree; Master degree or MBA desired
Expect candidates to demonstrate these commercial /management competencies in strategic and operational business planning
Excellent stakeholder management skills internally and externally
Able to work in a cross-functional environment as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others
A self-motivated, highly enthusiastic and industrious individual. Strategic and innovative thinker with growth mindset and able to anticipate future needs.
