Job Description:

Join bp as Country Activation Specialist – Iberia in our Madrid Office!

About the role:

The Marketing Activation Specialist will work closely with the Product and Comms, Channel/space Marketing Manager, and Sales teams to deliver the activation plan for the portfolio. The role will support execution of marketing programmes to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets.

Key Accountabilities:

Work closely with Channel/space Marketing Manager, Product & Communications and Sales teams to adapt and deploy programmes and offers within the marketSupport development of the marketing activation plans for IBERIADeploy activation programmes customized to the target in the designated geography across channels / market spaceSupport tactical marketing interventions within the designated geographyAccountable for delivering on activation Key Performance IndicatorsTracking & monitoring the activation performance and sharing key Key Performance IndicatorsdataWork with agencies and RTM partners to plan detailed activation modulesEnsuring Safe & Compliant on ground activationsEnsure activation is to budget (ASP / JAF where applicable) and is in full compliance with finance and NPR processesManage the deployment of merchandise & collateral for on-ground activationsAct as BP Contract Accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout

Education

University degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent professional experienceFluency in Spanish and English both verbally and in writingDriving license as the role involves inland travel

Experience

Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales, with minimum 5 years’ marketing experienceExperience of working in complex and challenging global organizationsAbility to successfully build enduring and productive relationships with colleagues from a broad range of business disciplinesStrong communication and presentation skills
