Job Description
We are seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to become an integral part of our team. This opportunity offers stable and fulfilling employment in the dynamic field of selling and renting industrial tree equipment and ancillary products throughout California.
ResponsibilitiesTake and fill parts orders both over the phone and in-person.Purchase stock orders and fulfill work order parts.Write repair orders and process warranty claims.Ship orders and follow up on sales orders.Provide necessary details for invoicing.Essential SkillsPrior experience in sales, specifically counter and telephone orders.Proficiency in customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Articulate interpersonal and human relations skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with shipping and freight management, including UPS and LTL, is a plus.Good computer skills are required.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.Work Environment
The role is set within a team-oriented environment and requires onsite presence from Monday to Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
